management and personal finance in companies like American Express and P. N. Vijay
Financial Services and two years of academic experience. Presently pursuing M.Phil
(Finance) from Annamalai University, her areas of interest include Financial Derivatives,
Behaviour Finance, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management and International
Financial Management. Her article “High Imports do not impede growth” was recently
published in the Daily Excelsior, Jammu.

A triple post graduate and two professional degree holder, Mr. Sukumar Dutta has worked with Bank of India for long 27 years and 9 months. Being passionate about teaching, he left Bank’s job as senior manager and switched over to academics in December, 2000. For more than last 10 years, he has been teaching Economic, Accounting, Banking and Finance with premiere Management Institutions. His area of interest include Bank Regulations Corporate and Retail Banking, International Banking & Finance, Advances under priority sector & MSME etc.

Dr. Dublish has more than 19 years of work experience covering 5 years in financial
service industry which includes investment banking and 14 years in academics. He
got the best faculty award among the faculties of all management institutes located
in Noida and Greater Noida from Noida Management Association. He has conducted two
MDPs, written a chapter titled “Corporate Debt Restructuring” for Oxford University
Press and published one case study, three research papers and six articles in various
leading national journals and magazines. His core areas of academic and research
interests include Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Research and Corporate Valuation.
At present he is working on his text book titled “Corporate Restucturing and Valuation”.

Dr. Tanushree Sharma is M.Com.,MBA and Ph.D.
in finance. She has 9 years of experience in teaching. Her area of interest includes
Financial and management accounting, Financial management, Working capital management
and Derivatives. In the past she has worked with Institutions like Indian Institute
of Finance, ITS & IMR. She has five publications in national and international
journal.
