Sarika Tomar, MPM & IR
Ms. Tomar has eleven years of teaching and research experience. She is currently
pursuing her PhD from IIT, Delhi in the area of 'Corporate Social Responsibility'.Her
area of interest includes - Human Resource Management & Strategic Management,
Psychology and Labour Laws. She has published five papers and presented two papers
in conferences and seminars. One of her papers has been published as part of Wharton
School , Project GLOBE.

Priti Suman Mishra, Ph.D, MBA, (PMIR)
Priti Suman Mishra is a faculty of Human Resources. She has earned her Master’s
degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Utkal University, Vani
Vihar, Bhubaneswar and has qualified UGC(NET) in DEC,2001 She has submitted her
Ph.D. theses in the month of October,2009at Sambalpur University. She has published
nine research papers in national / international conferences and journals of repute
like VIKALPA ,SAJM, IJTD, XLRI etc. Her research paper entitled, “Talent Retention:
The New Imperative? A Study On BPO Sector," was adjudged 3rd in the best paper category
at the International Conference on "Talent Management: Challenges & Opportunities
in Global Arena," held during November 17-19, 2007, at GLA Group of Institutions,
Mathura. Her area of interest are OB, HRM, Emotional intelligence, Employee engagement
and Talent management.

Ritu Raj, MA
M.A (Psychology – OB) from Delhi University, PGDHRM from IGNOU; UGC-JRF & NET
Qualified. Has over 12 years of experience in teaching, training, consultancy &
research. He has worked in different B-Schools of Delhi & NCR. He has also worked
in a reputed HR consultancy firm. His areas of academic interest are Organisational
Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Organizational Change & Development, and
Performance Management. His research interests are leadership and Psychometric Testing.
Currently he is working as a faculty in OB/HR area in NIILM Centre for Management
Studies. He has published research papers and articles in several journals and magazines.
He is doing Ph.D in the area of work-life balance. |
Sweta Dixit, Ph.D, MHRM & IR
Dr. Sweta Dixit has completed her Masters in Human Resource Management and Industrial
Relations (MHRM &IR) and subsequently earned her PhD from the University of
Lucknow in HR & OB. The title of her thesis was “Organisational Culture: A study
of concern for work and concern for people”. She has also qualified UGC-NET in the
area of HR & OB in 2005. Currently, she has to her credit more than 7 years
of experience in academics and has been in the past associated with her alma-mater,
University of Lucknow & Amity University as faculty. She has also presented
a few papers and her interest areas in research include Organisational Stress, Culture,
Change and Development. |
Vimal Babu, MHRM, M.Phil
Mr. Vimal Babu is with us as Assistant Professor in the area of HR & Entrepreneurship Development. He is also the Coordinator of Entrepreneurship-Cell at the campus. He has more than eight years of experience; both industry and academics. He holds a Masters degree in HRM and M Phil in Management. At present, he is at his submission stage of Ph.D. thesis in the area of Management from Jamia Millia Islamia (Central University), New Delhi.
He has published research papers on issues like Competency and HRD, Leadership Behaviour, Work Motivation, Balanced Score Card, CSR etc in national and international journals. He has contributed a good number of management cases in the recently released book titled ‘Research Methodology’ published by Taxmann Publishers. He has presented papers in international conferences including three at IIM Kozhikode, Calcutta & Shillong. He is Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Management & Strategy. He is a regular author with reputed HR magazine “HumanEdge”. He has organised seminars, workshops and FDPs in HRM & Entrepreneurship areas. Mr. Babu actively promotes entrepreneurship-oriented opportunities among management students.
