Educated at the Universities of Madras, Delhi and Stanford, Dr. S. Neelamegham is
a Ph.D. in Business Administration and was closely associated with the International
Teachers Program of the Harvard Business School . Known for his pioneering work
on developing Indian cases on Management, Dr. Neelamegham has served as a visiting
professor at the University of Wisconsin , ( USA ), School of Tourism Organization
(France), Concordia University ( Canada ), University of Rio de Janeiro ( Brazil
), Curtin International (Australia) and Harvard Business School . He has been a
consultant to Asian Development Bank, UNDP, Economic Commission (Africa), Asian
Productivity Organization and Asian Centre for Development Administration. He has
served on the boards of several well-known companies. He has served on high level
committees set up by the Government of India and was Chairman of the committee that
prepared the blueprint for setting up the fifth IIM at Indore . Dr. S. Neelamegham
has been Dean, FMS, University of Delhi and Dean, Planning Development and International
Relations, University of Delhi . |
N.Meenakshi, MIB, Ph.D
Dr. Meenakshi has six years of teaching and research experience at NIILM-CMS and
University of Delhi. She has degrees in Commerce and International Trade. Had her
doctoral studies at FMS, Delhi University , in the area of Teenage Consumer Bahavior.
She teaches courses in Marketing, Consumer Behavior and Brand Management. She has
worked on a project entitled 'Higher Education in the Health Sector' in collaboration
with ALO-USAID. She is also the faculty coordinator of Management Science Society
(MSS). She has published four papers and two case studies.

Najmul Hoda, MBA
Mr. Hoda has worked for more than 6 years in banking and academics. He has hands-on
experience in Credit management and General Banking operations. He specializes in
Marketing and his areas of interest are Consumer Behaviour, Marketing of Financial
Services, Islamic Banking and Microfinance. He has two research papers to his credit.
He is pursuing his PhD in Islamic Banking. He has also conducted several training
sessions for senior executives at BSNL.

He has rich industry experience of 12 years in Sales & Marketing in Retail,
Food and IT industry. His areas of interest are Sales and Distribution Management,
Brand Management, Marketing Research, Retail Management. Currently registered for
Ph.D from AIMA-AMU. |
Mohit Maurya, Ph.D, PGDIBO, MBA
A PhD in Retail Management, Dr. Maurya has an experience of more than a decade in
academics, corporate training and consulting. Some of his previous associations
were with Indian Retail School, Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Kirloskar Institute
of Advanced Management Studies and ICFAI University. He has also worked for Jubilant
Organosys Ltd. He has trained over 200 executives of various companies like JSW
Steel Limited, Trident Powercraft Private Limited, GMR Infrastructure, Adecco India,
Seminis, Monsanto Agro, Kirloskar Brothers Limited, Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited,
Kirloskar Pneumatic Co.ltd, Kirloskar Ebara Pumps Limited, etc. His consulting interests
are in Negotiation Skills, Sales & Distribution Management and Services Marketing,
while his research interests are in Organized Retailing and Virtual Marketing. |
